8. TEST KIT USAGE & LIMITATIONS

You must follow:

The Instructions for Use (IFU) within the Hormony® Insights App
Timing instructions
Storage and handling requirements
Expiry and environmental considerations

We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by:

Using expired or damaged kits
Incorrect sample collection
Improper storage
Wrong timing
Poor lighting or incompatible devices

9. AI FEATURES & LIMITATIONS

Hormony® includes AI-powered features.
You acknowledge that:

AI-generated insights are not medical advice
AI may produce incomplete or imprecise suggestions
Outputs rely solely on your input
You are responsible for interpreting AI results
We may use anonymized data to improve AI systems

You agree not to rely on AI outputs for health or medical decisions.

10. USER-GENERATED & SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting content—including test strip images, comments, reviews, logs, or messages—you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely to:

Provide and improve the Services
Develop anonymized analytics
Operate the platform

We will not:

Sell your content
Publish identifiable content without permission

You must not upload:

Third-party personal data without consent
Harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material
Malware or code intended to damage systems

We may remove content at our discretion.

11. PROHIBITED USES

Upon termination, your obligations incurred prior to termination survive.
