Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on our official website.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation — 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped.

To cancel, contacts us at WhatsApp with your order number.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

 


 

2. Returns for Non-Test-Kit Products (e.g., card games, merchandise)

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible non-hygienic items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags and protective seals intact

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 


 

3. Returns for Hormony® Test Kits (Important)

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or unsealed test kits

  • Used test kits

  • Kits with broken packaging or tampered seals

  • Partial kits or individual components

  • Any test kit removed from its hygienic packaging

You may return unopened, unused test kits within 15 days of delivery, if the seal is fully intact and the packaging is undamaged.

 


 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately at WhatsApp with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

 


 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed test kits

  • Used health or hygiene items

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”

6. Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, the fastest method is:

  1. Submit a return request.

  2. Once it is approved, make a new purchase for the item you want.

We do not ship replacements until the original return is accepted.

 


 

7. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Exceptions (as allowed under EU law):

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened (this includes test kits)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

All eligible items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 


 

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing usually takes up to 10 business days

  • Bank or card processing times may vary

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at WhatsApp.

 


 

9. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We will provide the correct return address and instructions after your return request is approved.
